Someone who, in collaboration with the Chair of OB/GYN, can craft and implement critical pathways, protocols, and evidence-based practice standards throughout the network which spans the office- and hospital-based settings.

You would still be clinically and academically active. Specifically, you would provide Gynecology clinic visits as well as being an active Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon in the OR. There is already a MIGS Fellowship in the network, so there could be ample academic options including Fellows rotating through for mentoring on the two Robotic suites on-site.
