Our client, a progressive New York City healthcare system with value-based system serving a diverse patient base, is inviting you to consider joining them in their Critical Care Nursing team. Specifically, the position encompasses 3 units: a 12-bed MICU, 6-bed Trauma Surgery ICU and a 16-bed Step-down ICU.
The Nurse Educator will report to AVP of Education, with a dotted line to the Medical Director of Critical Care. There is also a dedicated Pharm.D on the team. By all accounts, the Critical Care leadership are talented experts who are a pleasure to work with.
It’s also an academically-oriented Nursing organization that practices an evidence-based model of medicine in a Just Culture environment.
