Here’s the scoop: We’ve got an incredible opportunity for a dynamic leader to take the reins as the Director of Labor Relations at a major safety-net hospital in the New York City area.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things employee relations. We’re talking investigating incidents, implementing disciplinary actions, and being the voice of reason during grievance processes. You’ll also have the power to shape policies and procedures that keep the hospital running smoothly, report to the Director of HR and lead a talented team of two Labor Relations Specialists.
Oh, and did we mention? You’ll be front and center during collective bargaining, making sure our hospital’s interests are well represented.
Do you have?
– A Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations? (MBA or JD is a big plus!)
– 7+ years of hands-on labor relations experience, ideally in a not-for-profit, unionized environment?
– 5+ years in hospital management with increasing responsibilities?
– A strategic thinker with top-notch critical resolution skills and a knack for navigating complex labor issues?
