This Director position will lead all aspects of the DRIVE to Patient Centered Excellence in a Planetree-oriented health system.

The majority of the time will be spent on positively driving the Hospital satisfaction scores and providing primary direction to the patient service lines such as Patient Relations, Concierge, ED Liaison and Volunteers.
