Job Description
The schedule: Three days a week, Friday 7PM-7AM, Saturday 7AM-7PM and Sunday 7AM-7PM. The requirement is 3 shifts every two weeks that would not necessarily need to be consecutive. The full-time position would require covering these shifts every week.
Compensation is on-par with similar NYC options: features faculty appointment and a competitive salary in the $265K-$275K range for the full-time position (half of that for the part-time), with the opportunity for additional compensation through incentives and off hours coverage opportunities.
Ideal candidates are energetic clinicians interested in being an active member of the inpatient team, with a commitment to clinical and academic excellence, as our clients operate an active residency program.
The setting: 4 bed Psychiatric Emergency Room. Along with the psychiatrist the space is staffed by an RN, PCT, and available social work support.
