Our client, a not-for-profit health care system serving the northern New York City area, is inviting you to consider joining them.
The Senior Director of Operations will be responsible for Operating and Capital expenses for the following departments: Engineering, Facilities Management, Safety and Bio-Medical Engineering.
They’d also be in charge of ensuring that all areas follow all applicable regulatory codes and are survey ready and in compliance with Joint Commission, NYS & CMS standards and NFPA Life Safety Codes and FDNY Fire Codes.
The ideal candidate will have:
> 3-5 years of Direct Operations Management experience or equivalent in at least three of the assigned functions.
> 3-5 years of increasingly responsible experience in hospital management.
> Knowledge and Experience with the NFPA Life Safety Codes for Hospitals and Nursing Homes
The position reports to the VP of Operations.
