You’ll oversee the full scope of labor relations activity—including managing a skilled LR team, representing the organization at the bargaining table, serving as hearing officer for advanced grievances, and leading high-stakes negotiations. Your work will span strategic policy development, contract interpretation, workforce engagement, and legal case coordination—all with a focus on building constructive, sustainable union partnerships.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years’ progressive labor relations experience in a unionized healthcare or similar high-stakes environment
- Proven record in collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and labor-management committee leadership
- Expertise in employment and labor law application, with the ability to train, mentor, and influence at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in ILR/Labor Law or JD highly valued
