We’re seeking a seasoned Labor Relations leader who thrives at the intersection of collective bargaining, workforce strategy, and organizational leadership. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving initiatives that foster labor-management trust, resolve complex workplace issues, and ensure compliance with evolving employment and labor law.

You’ll oversee the full scope of labor relations activity—including managing a skilled LR team, representing the organization at the bargaining table, serving as hearing officer for advanced grievances, and leading high-stakes negotiations. Your work will span strategic policy development, contract interpretation, workforce engagement, and legal case coordination—all with a focus on building constructive, sustainable union partnerships.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years’ progressive labor relations experience in a unionized healthcare or similar high-stakes environment
  • Proven record in collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and labor-management committee leadership
  • Expertise in employment and labor law application, with the ability to train, mentor, and influence at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in ILR/Labor Law or JD highly valued
