This Nurse Education leadership role is at a New York City healthcare enterprise with value-based system with a Just Culture, union Nursing organization that is quickly gaining a reputation for being a place to thrive as a Nurse leader.
It’s also a teaching organization that practices an evidence-based model of medicine in a rewarding environment for both its’ patients and employees.
Specifically, there are 5 Nurse Educators and a full support staff, as well as 19 Nursing School affiliations.
This position reports to the CNO and will be a key member of select committees at the highest level.
However, you will not be micro-managed, so this would likely be a compelling opportunity for a genuine Professional Development leader who is an independent operator.
