And because this is an FQHC environment, you’ll be deeply connected to population health, access, and navigating the realities of Medicaid-heavy, value-based care — without losing sight of clinical excellence (or your sense of humor).

What You Bring to the Table

You’re comfortable with data, understand the financial side of healthcare (or at least don’t run from it), and know how to hold people accountable without burning bridges.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD required
- Active New York dental license (or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Significant leadership experience in multi-site, academic, or large group settings
- Strong background in clinical quality, program development, and provider management
- Experience with FQHC, Medicaid populations, or value-based care models strongly preferred
