Key Responsibilities:
– Be the right hand to the Medical Director, helping maintain top-tier care standards.

– Oversee clinical operations and ensure we’re ahead of regulatory requirements.
– Balance your time with 80% administrative duties and 20% hands-on clinical care.
Requirements:
– At least 5 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care.
– Proven leadership or management chops.
– Board-certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
– Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) is a bonus, not a must.
