Our client is a safety-net health system on the lookout for a Director of Population Health Analytics to join their Ambulatory Care Department. In this high-impact role, you’ll spearhead initiatives that harness the power of data to revolutionize population health management. What You’ll Do:
– Dive into clinical and operational data to uncover insights that drive population health initiatives.
– Lead a multidisciplinary team of analytics professionals to design and implement data-driven strategies to boost patient outcomes, streamline care coordination, and optimize resource use.
What You Should Bring:
– At least 5 years in healthcare analytics, with a solid focus on population health management and ambulatory care; and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
– Mastery of data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, SQL, and healthcare analytics platforms.
– Nice-to-Haves…Familiarity with HealthFirst Quality measures and UDS (Uniform Data Set) experience.
