We’re partnering with a mission-driven, not-for-profit health system in the Bronx to recruit a Nurse Manager for a 22-bed Med/Surg unit with 4 TCU beds.
This is a clinically active, surgically focused environment. A strong surgical background is highly preferred, as the unit cares for a significant post-operative population requiring hands-on leadership, sound clinical judgment, and operational discipline.
They’re open to strong Charge Nurses and Assistant Nurse Managers ready to step into a full Nurse Manager role.
You’ll join stable, supportive senior Nursing leadership and lead a team of experienced RNs in a hospital that prioritizes patient care, accountability, and professional growth.
