Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced OBGYN Physician to join our client’s passionate team. They are one of the preeminent academic medical systems in New York City.

Key qualifications for this position include:

– 8+ years post-graduation experience, with at least 5 years in advanced provider management and program leadership roles.

– Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within a major academic medical system.

– Proficiency in designing measurements and compiling metrics to enhance safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.

– Deep understanding of OBGYN Quality, Performance Improvement, and Patient Safety best practices.

– Strong academic background with publications and preferably grant-funded research.

In addition to a stimulating professional environment and dedicated funding for DEI initiatives, we offer a competitive compensation package with pay scales ranging from $300,000 to $600,000, depending on specialization and experience.

The time split for this role is 20% administrative and 80% clinical, providing a balance between leadership responsibilities and direct patient care.

This position offers the opportunity to work at either our Manhattan or Brooklyn campus, situated in the vibrant heart of New York City. With a team of five Vice Chairs and eight Division Chiefs, you’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative leadership structure.
